01. Inside Dhaka
We offer delivery across Dhaka.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.
Delivery Fee: Free delivery inside Dhaka.
02. Outside Dhaka
We deliver to locations across Bangladesh outside Dhaka.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and courier service coverage.
03. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been confirmed and processed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. You may receive delivery updates through the contact information provided with your order.
04. Delivery Fee
Inside Dhaka: Free delivery.
Outside Dhaka: Delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery location and applicable courier charges. The relevant delivery fee will be communicated during the ordering process.
05. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Bangladesh.
For COD orders, payment must be made to the delivery representative when your order is delivered.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the provided delivery address.
06. Delays & Campaign Periods
Delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe during promotional campaigns, major sales, public holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume. Unexpected delays may also occur due to weather, transportation issues, courier limitations, or other circumstances beyond Artizh's control. We appreciate your patience during such periods.
