01. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Bangladesh.
For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery representative when your order is delivered.
Please ensure that the correct amount is available at the time of delivery.
02. Online Payment
Artizh may offer online payment options through supported payment providers. Available payment methods will be displayed during the checkout process. Depending on the payment provider, you may be able to pay using supported cards, mobile financial services, or other available methods.
03. Payment Confirmation
After completing an online payment, you should receive a payment confirmation through the contact information provided with your order. An order is considered confirmed only after the payment or order verification process has been successfully completed. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the Artizh support team before making another payment.
04. Failed or Cancelled Payments
If an online payment fails, is cancelled, or is interrupted during checkout, your order may not be confirmed.
If your payment has been deducted but your order was not successfully confirmed, please contact us with your order details and payment information so our team can review the issue.
Duplicate or unsuccessful transactions will be handled according to the applicable payment provider's processing and refund procedures.
05. Payment Security
Artizh takes reasonable measures to protect your payment and personal information. Online payments are processed through supported third-party payment providers, and sensitive payment information is handled according to their security practices. Artizh does not request or store your complete card PIN, password, or other sensitive payment credentials through our customer support channels.
